hot fudge cake recipe

This is for Heather,
and Jake, so he can make his own, although his idea was splendid!

Brownies for hot fudge cake:
1 1/2 cups powdered milk
3/4 cup water
6 eggs
4 cups sugar
3 cubes melted margarine (ouch, I know!)
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
4 cups flour

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Pour into a large greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

So after the brownies cool, cut them into squares and then cut each brownie in half horizontally so you have 2 skinny brownies now. Put the bottom on the plate, add a good dollop of ice cream and then put the brownie top on the ice cream. Drizzle the hot fudge along the outside of the brownie so it drips down the side. Don't put hot fudge in the center of the brownie, because your whipped cream will slide right off. So, add some whipped cream and a cherry, if you are that kind of person, and prepare for a rich dessert!
