Shopping for Christmas

Whether I like it or not, I must start thinking about Christmas, and that means gift buying for the lucky souls that call me family. I have a few ideas for you all for YOUR Christmas present purchasing. Tool sets are always popular, but if you are looking for something grand, read on. (love ya Tori!)

Make that loved one of yours giddy with happiness so that they will smile so big their eyes will dissappear!

Capture your favorite family memories using one of these sites. I learned about them at a digital camera class I took at the Uof U this past spring.

http://www.moo.com/ this one turns your digital pictures into little cards, like playing card size. You could use them as expensive little gift tags with a favorite picture on one side and your writing to and from on the other side, or something like that, you be creative because I am not.

http://www.cardstore.com/ This one makes great Christmas cards and will even send them off for you!

http://www.photo.stamps.com/ You thought 41 cents was bad, you can make your very own postage stamps with your favorite picture on them. I priced one company out, not this one though, last week and it turned out you pay around $1 for each stamp. Not too bad for a big statement.

http://www.picaboo.com/ This one makes your photos into books for a pretty good price.

http://www.mycustomstory.com/ This one allows you to make custom photo board books for the little ones. Very cute but I am not sure what the price is.

Okay, my most favorite secret to my favorite blogging friends:

http://www.blurb.com/ This one turns your blog into a book!! How very cool is that? I think I will be doing some of these. The prices are great and you can choose hard of soft back. You can also delete a few of those blog posts that you decided you don't want in a history book for generations and generations to know about!

Happy shopping! By the way fellas, girls love those sentimental kinds of gifts, so put the drill back on the shelf and get online!

THANK YOU for the idea's, especially the blog book! I am so glad you posted that web site!!

Thanks for the great and many laughs last night. My head now hurts from lack of sleep and I am onery as you know what. BUT, we all know some one who can function with out sleep, JEN! (who also enjoyed her sleep in this morning I am sure). Hope Matthew didn't mind the noise. My goal today at church is to make him crack a smile....not even a full smile...just a crack:) Thanks again!
